HDIGITAL COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY
What's in these terms?
These terms are in addition to the Terms of Use and tell you the rules for participating in Hasmonean School’s HDigital course (“the Course”), including use of this website www.hdigital.org.uk (“the site”). To the extent that there is any conflict between these terms and the Terms of Use, these terms shall prevail.
Who we are and how to contact us
The site www.hdigital.org.uk is operated the Hasmonean Multi Academy Trust ("We" or “the School”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 07706488 and have our registered office at Hasmonean High School, Holders Hill Road, Hendon, London, NW4 1NA.

Enrolment on the Course
The Course is being made available to pupils of the School who are beginning Year 12 or Year 13 in September 2023.
If you wish to participate in the Course you must be eligible to apply subject to any conditions specified on the site and apply via the site. Applications will be considered from pupils of the School only.
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis at the absolute discretion of the Headteacher. Places will also be subject to capacity and subject to applications received before the application deadline.
Terms of participation
By enrolling on the Course and using the site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not participate in the Course or use the site.
By applying for a place on the Course you agree to:
Make reasonable efforts to attend and actively participate in the individual talkswhich the Course is comprised of;
Adhere to the School’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to
- FOI policy
- Privacy policy
- E-safety policy
- Data protection policy
- Health and Safety
- Safeguarding
- Code of Conduct/Home School agreement
- SEN & Disabilities

The HDigital Course and this site (together the “Content”) is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The Content is not, and should not be construed as, investment, financial, tax, legal or any other professional advice. We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use the site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
We may suspend or withdraw the Course or the site
The Course and site is made available to participants free of charge.
We do not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Course or the site for operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
The site is only for users who are enrolled on the Course
The site is made available for people who have received written confirmation from us that they have been enrolled on the Course. We do not represent that Content is appropriate for use for any other person.
How you may use the Content
The School is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the material published or made available on our Course and the site. Those works are protected by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) of the Content for your personal use only. You must not otherwise make copies of any materials which have been provided to you during the Course.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have been provided with, printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
The School (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on the Course or the site must always be acknowledged (except where the content is user-generated).
You must not use any part of the content on the site for commercial purposes.
If you print off, copy, download, share or repost any content from the Course or any part of the site in breach of these terms of use, your right to participate in the Course and to use the site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
Do not rely on information on the Course or on this site
The content of the Course and this site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on the Course or the site.

We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them
We do not guarantee that this site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
