FINANCE: Hilton Nathanson, Marble Bar Asset Management
Mr. Hilton Nathanson is the Founder of Red Deer and also serves as its Board Member. He is the Founding Partner and serves as Chairman at Marble Bar Asset Management.
He worked at Goldman Sachs before establishing a stock broking company together with Kyte Group, which became Eden Group. In 1998, he started trading the London-based hedge fund Tomahawk and established his own company, Marble Bar Asset Management, with his business partner, Gilad Hayeem in 2002.
Several years later, and with Lehman Brothers as a minority investor, the firm grew significantly, before it was sold to Swiss private bank, EFG in 2008. He subsequently reacquired Marble Bar Asset Management in order to secure its unique proprietary platform, which became the starting point for Red Deer.
TECHNOLOGY & ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: Karen Harris, Storiboard
Mrs. Karen Harris is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, CEO and team builder, with over 25 years’ experience leading growth in marketing, digital media and technology businesses across consumer, B2B and public sectors.
Karen successfully built and sold 3 businesses, including the UK’s Number 1 consumer PR agency (acquired by Tribal Group plc.), an integrated marketing and digital agency (acquired by the Economist) and an online shopping centre (acquired by intu Shopping Centres plc.)
Karen is a mentor for women at Google and Amazon as well as a number of small businesses. She was a trustee of UJIA for 9 years and is currently a trustee of Jewish Futures and Chair of Trustees of Noa.
DIGITAL ASSETS: Professor William Knottenbelt, Imperial University.
Professor Knottenbelt is head of Imperial University's Centre for Cryptocurrency Research and Engineering. His broad area of research interest is the application of mathematical modelling techniques to real-life systems. Professor Knottenbelt attended and presented HDigital's inaugural lecture last year and we are delighted to welcome him back to Hasmonean.
